Do I have to become a member to attend classes?
Membership is not required and you don't have to pay to become one. If you choose to become a paid member, your support will help this group maintain the website and you can get updated on classes more or simply check the website for free to see upcoming classes.
Can anyone attend?
Classes are geared for women (and those who identify as such - transgender, nonbinary, ) who are 18 years of age and up to attend. However, class hosts can specify if they would allow children to attend, all genders, etc.
Who can host a class?
Anyone can host a class! You don't have to be an expert to teach, but just be willing to share your knowledge with others. With that being said, this group is aimed at women and femme-identifying individuals to both host and attend.
Do I have to live in the Twin Cities
Anyone in the state of Minnesota can host or attend classes. Though this group is based out of the Twin Cities, hosting virtual classes and classes all around Minnesota is encouraged! The more classes, the more locations, the better! Anyone can choose which class works well for them to attend.
Are masks required?
Each class host can choose what requirements are in place for their class and specify that in the class description. Attendees can choose if the class sounds like aright fit for them or message the hosts with any questions or clarifications.
Are events wheelchair accessible?
Each class may be taught at a different location, depending on the host's preferences. If not listed in the event description, please reach out to the host to determine whether or not the venue is accessible and/or if any accommodations are needed/able to be honored.
